Twisting, cupping, splitting, shrinkage, surface checking and colour variation/weathering can occur, particularly within the first 12 months after installation, and are considered normal characteristics of timber products. These natural changes are not covered under guarantee.

The guarantee covers the preservative treatment only and is subject to the cladding being installed, ventilated and maintained correctly.
