Adam has worked for Listers Timber & Builders Merchants for over 25 years. 

Adam has performed in various roles, working his way from the Yard, to the Trade Counter, on to Supervisory roles to eventually being in charge of the day to day operations.

Adam feels that his experience over the years in these roles gives him a great level of knowledge which he likes to pass on to our customers.

Leah is a great support to the team and often steps in to cover when others are off, acting as a reliable fill-in whenever needed. She helps out on the counter and supports sales, always bringing a helpful and positive attitude.

Last year, Leah spent seven months with us, filling in for her daughter Elle Lister while she was away travelling, and quickly became a familiar and valued face in the team. She’s approachable, hardworking, and always happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys cooking and loves taking her dogs out for long walks. She’s a lovely part of the team and we’re always glad to have her helping out in the Listers Shop Team.

Stuart joined us this year and has quickly become a great fit in the Listers Shop Team. He’s our go-to person for quotes and always makes sure you’re getting the very best deals and bargains. He does a fantastic job keeping the shop well stocked and organised, playing a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Always happy to help, Stuart supports both customers and colleagues with his great product knowledge and positive attitude. Friendly, approachable, and easy to chat to, he’s settled in brilliantly and has become a valued and well-liked member of the Listers Shop Team

Our new accountant Michelle joined us at the end of April and has fitted seamlessly into the team. She quickly settled into the role and has become an important part of the office.

She looks after our accounts using Sage 50, ensuring everything is balanced, staff are paid on time, and our suppliers are paid promptly. Her attention to detail and organised approach help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Lee has joined the team as a Transit Driver / Yard Operative.

He also holds a 7.5 tonne licence, which will be a great asset as the business grows and if we expand the fleet in the future.

Lee has settled in well and brings a great attitude — no job is ever an issue for him.

Well lets start.....he loves Gardening and growing his own veg in is spare time and going on walks, but he is great with the customers and loves to keep all the yard clean.
