MDF 12MM 8FT X 4FT

Our 12mm MDF is an incredibly versatile interior panel, with a high internal bond strength, used extensively throughout the construction and furniture industries. The panel has a smooth surface that is ideal for painting, grain printing or the application of paper foils and veneers. It can be worked easily with all conventional woodworking machines as it saws cleanly and drills easily, along with shaping and routing well, without splintering or chipping.

We do not cut MDF because it produces a large amount of very fine dust, which is harmful to inhale. Without proper dust extraction, this dust can pose serious health risks to our lungs and respiratory system, so cutting MDF is unsafe in our current setup
