How soon will your order be delivered?

Under normal circumstances, delivery is available from 1 - 2 weeks of the date of your order. During peak season and over Bank Holiday weekends delivery times may be slightly increased. If you need your order for a specific date, please feel free to contact us on 01522 888784 to check on their current delivery lead time. Orders placed after 4.00pm and at weekends will be processed on the following working day.

Do you need to be there to receive delivery?

No. If you are happy for us to leave your goods once paid in full you do not need to be there to receive the delivery. Once goods have been delivered all liabilities will pass to you.

When is delivery available?

We deliver between 8:00am & 4:30pm on weekdays and between 8:00am & 12:00pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays or on Bank Holidays. (Excluding Good Friday)

How much is delivery?

Depending if you are in the area of our postcode list, (See postcode list above)

How will delivery date be arranged?

On the next working day following receipt of your order, our sales team will contact you by telephone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date.
