Order Help
You should get a text or email to tell you the delivery date for your order. We can only give you an order day. We cannot give you an ETA for your order until the morning of delivery once the lorries and transit has been loaded.
How does delivery work?
We will see your order come in online and assign you to the next availabe delivery date. You will always get the soonest delivery date. If you need it on a specific day please add that in the comments section when ordering online.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We will only know a rough ETA once the lorry has been loaded. This means if you need to know an approx time please call us on the morning of the delivery as the lorry and transits will have been loaded by then.
My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?

Delivery information and costs
Delivery and returns information for online orders only.
We only deliver within a 35 mile radius. You can see if we deliver to your area by using our delivery postcode search.
Delivery cost will be either £18 or £24 depending on your area.
There will be no charge for collection.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, to check out for collection, please choose this option when adding products to your cart.
Once order has been placed you will get a text saying if your order is ready to collect or if it is a special order. Special order means we have not got all of your items in stock that you have ordered and will contact you once tehy are in stock.
How do I return an item or cancel my order?
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any part of the Contract
Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to collect faulty Goods if the items are large, otherwise the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to either replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any reasonable cost of return if the Goods are in fact defective.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault or negligence the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Where Goods are purchased via the internet, by mail order or by phone/fax, the Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. Goods must be returned at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding any delivery charges) minus a restocking fee of 20% of the item value and it will be 25% restocking on all sheds and log cabins.
Goods can only be returned if unused or painted.
Sheds & Log cabins can be returned if not erected or painted.
